Women’s Gymnastics USAG Information
1. PARTICIPANTS AND REGISTRATION FEES
All USA Gymnastics athlete members Levels 1-10 and Xcel are eligible to compete at the Dolphin Classic for individual and team titles.

Team Rosters are requested to be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. USA Gymnastics gymnasts can register by using the Member Services online meet registration. Your registration form, final team roster and total registration fees due must be received by January 2nd. Any fees received after this date will be accessed a late fee. A full refund will be given if canceled in writing by December 8th, 2017.

3. WOMEN’ GYMNASTICS COMPETITION FORMAT
The Dolphin Classic will consist of a modified capitol cup format depending on the session.
MODIFIED CAPITOL CUP FORMAT: Two (2) sets of equipment in the competition gym with no warm-up gym. Flight 1 squads compete on one set and Flight 2 squads compete on the other set. Timed warm-ups immediately precede competition on each event.
4. TEAM COMPETITION
Registration for the team competition is $50.00 per team per level as indicated on the Official Registration Form. Team rankings will be determined by the total of the top three (3) scores from each event for each team registered per session. There is no designation of team members unless clubs enter more than one team.
Team awards will be awarded to 1st to 3rd place teams for all sessions and all levels.
ALL participants of the Dolphin Classic will receive an all-around medal and will be recognized on the awards stand. Event placement awards will also be given for all levels. Event placements will be awarded 50% + 1 for each age group - up to ten (10) places. All medals awarded will have the event logo and be preceded by our very special Dolphin Classic awards ceremony.
6. MISCELLANEOUS COMPETITION DETAILS
All current rules of USA Gymnastics J.O. and Xcel Programs and current Florida AAU rules will be used for each specific level of competition.
Teams with 13-18 gymnasts per level will be split into 2 separate squads within one session. 2 or more coaches will be necessary for that session. Teams with more than 18 gymnasts per level will be split into 2 separate sessions competing at different times. Coaches may determine the split for each. Please submit split by squad/session on team roster with final registration.
All competition equipment will be AAI. For equipment questions or information an AAI representative will be onsite.
